Book three in the Poohlicious series is carrying on the tradition of seeing the wonderfulness in each child. Oh, the Wonder of Me, shares both the funny parts of children and the things that make them different, teaching them that they are okay no matter what. Having different shaped ears, hair that won't behave and doing things in their own style is what childhood is full of. Join us with your Poohlicious as we journey through the funny and sometimes awkward parts of childhood while learning empowering I AM statements to carry with them as they grow. Wonderful for ages four through seven. Let's get them started early on a road to self-belief and empowerment.

New from William Gensburger - TEXAS DEAD

 TEXAS DEAD
Book One of the Mackenzie Michaels Mystery Series

A brand-new murder mystery by author, and critically acclaimed editor of Books ‘N’ Pieces Magazine, William Gensburger

A picture containing text, person Description automatically generated

A series of murders in Corpus Christi leaves residents uneasy. All the victims were shot in the back of the head. But when a prominent financial genius is also found murdered, and not in the same way, celebrity detective Mackenzie ‘Maxie’ Michaels and her partner Kobe Jameson, must race to find the person responsible before more murders occur. As they uncover clues, the mystery deepens, dragging in powerful people, and threatening to erupt in a full-on war.

“This is a fast-paced exciting book that takes place in Corpus Christi, Texas. I really did enjoy this book. It has a solid mystery and a blooming romance. There is also comic snark between detectives Michaels and Jameson that breaks up the high drama of the story. I can’t wait for future books in the series.”

~ Mollien Fote Osterman

“I think you wrote a fast moving story that will appeal to many people. It sort of reminds me Robert B Parker’s Spenser stories.”

~Patricia Marschall

DÉJÀ DOOMED

SCIENCE FICTION EDGED IN DARKNESS BY CRITICALLY ACCLAIMED AUTHOR, EDWARD M. LERNER

A picture containing text, person Description automatically generated

On the Moon’s far side, shielded from Earth’s radio cacophony, Americans are building a radio-astronomy observatory. Russians sift the dust of a lunar “sea” for helium-3 to run future fusion reactors. Commercial robots, remotely operated from Earth, roam the Moon’s near side in a hunt for mineral wealth. Why chase distant asteroids for precious metals? Onetime asteroids must lie close beneath the much-bombarded lunar surface.

Then a prospecting robot encounters a desiccated, spacesuited figure. An alien figure...

Americans from the lunar observatory investigate. Near the original find, underground, they discover an alien installation. Lunar Russians, realizing that the Americans are up to something clandestine, send their own small team. Each group distrusts the other … even before the fatal “accidents” begin. By the time anyone suspects what ancient evil they have awakened, it may be too late — For everyone on earth, too.

PRAISE FOR DÉJÀ DOOMED AND EDWARD M. LERNER:

"Solid sci-fi outing from Lerner"
Publishers Weekly

“Here’s an author you definitely need to check out.”

Irresistibly compelling. Edward M. Lerner has given us the ultimate archeological mystery.”
Jack McDevitt, Nebula Award-winning author of The Academy Series

Well plotted, scientifically accurate, a story plausible and exciting—hard sf at it’s best.”
Gregory Benford, Nebula Award-author of Timescape

Meet Dana from YEAR OF THE WHAT?

 MEET MY CHARACTER

1.   Tell us about your story:

o   What is the name of your book?

·  Year of the What?

o   What genre is it?

·  Year of the What? is Chicklit.

o   When and where is your tale set?

·  The story takes place in New York City.

2.   Who are you?

o   What is your name?

·  My name is Dana.

o   Are you a fictional or historical character?

·  I’m a fictional character loosely based on the author’s true experience.

o   What’s your role in the story – are you the protagonist or a supporting character?

·  I’m the protagonist of the story.

o   Are you a human, animal, alien, robot, or something completely different?

·  I am a human heterosexual female.

o   Do you consider yourself to be good, bad, or indifferent?  Would others agree with this assessment – why, or why not?

·  I consider myself to be a good girl, however the girls from where I grew up in small town Canada would disagree because I had the courage to move to the big city and expose myself to a different way of life. The fact that I dated and lived with my musician boyfriend in a basement in Queens before marriage was scandalous to the girls back home.  Inversely, my New York roommate Kelly, the dominatrix, would consider me a nun compared to her outrageous, adventurous and alternative sensibilities.

3.   What do we need to know about you?

o   What is your personal goal?  I mean, what do you ultimately want?

·  I want it all…to find “the one” and fall madly in love and live happily ever after with a man who is also supportive of my career goals in the theatre.

o   What is standing in your way?  What conflict(s) do you face?

·  I think the number one thing standing between my and my goals is the fact that I don’t have very much confidence with men, or with my ability as an actor, or in myself in general. The little confidence I did have in myself came from my best friend Sean’s belief in me, he has been in a coma for many months now and without his encouragement I’ve lost sight of who I am. Every time I get some footing in my career I compromise my goals to be with a man who I’ve convinced myself could be “the one”.

o   Why is this goal important to you?  What’s your motivation?

·  My goals are important because I want to feel loved and accepted and worthwhile, doesn’t everyone?

o   If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be, and why?

·  If I could change one thing about myself I guess it would be to be beautiful, like 'walk in the room and everyone looks at you kinda beautiful’ then maybe I would have more confidence to go after the life I dream of.

4.   How do I get a copy of your book?

o   Is it available now, or when can we expect to see it released?

·  Year of the What? is available on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Indigo and most places books are sold. The digital version is available exclusively on Kindle and the audiobook is available on Amazon, Audible and iTunes.

Through no fault of her own, Alix has found herself essential to the fate of the world as we know it. She didn’t mean for this to happen—she was quite happy being merely the notorious antiquities thief, and ex-archeologist, known as Owl.

However, years ago, Owl reluctantly entered the secret world of the supernatural. Her goals: complete one job, escape one bounty on her head, continue her thieving in peace.

Fast forward to today. Now, she has become a key player in a brutal paranormal civil war that is rapidly getting out of hand. The leader of one of these factions—a lethal opponent called the Electric Samurai—grows more powerful by the second. To stop him, Owl sets out to find the long-lost, legendary group known as the Tiger Thieves.

But will it be too little too late? One thing Owl misses about “normal” archaeology: there are few emergencies with thousand-year-old relics.
