My Review of HIDING HANNAH

HIDING HANNAH
A Broken Girl Collection Novel
Written by Marnie Cate

Dead Mountain: The Untold True Story of the Dyatlov Pass IncidentHIDING HANNAH by Marnie Cate
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Intense & Dark Though Hopeful & Moving

This entire A Broken Girl Collection has been incredible.  It is powerful and thought-provoking while remaining engaging and entertaining.  It is dark fiction but at its very best!

Hiding Hannah explores the hypocrisy of people, specifically people who try to use their religion to control or condemn others.  However, that isn't what this tale is about.  No, the plot of this story is how a broken girl finds how to be a mended woman, if that is even possible.  It takes you through the life of a woman as she tries to piece herself together as she struggles to understand who she really is.

This book has something to offer everyone mature reader.  It has dynamic and complex characters with real relationships.  You'll find romance and hope, yet heartbreak and tragedy in this read.  It also has scandals twisted enough to tantalize and shock.  Even when I suspect what might be coming, true to her style, Marnie always leaves me in awe.

This is a contemporary story that will resonate with many.  It is well-written and incredibly moving.  I am honored to have been asked to edit this manuscript.  The storytelling is amazing!
