Where To Find Gluten Free Foods

Going Gluten-Free? This Can Help!

Whether you are Celiac or just gluten intolerant to any degree,
it is important to follow a gluten-free diet.

Unfortunately, it can be a difficult lifestyle to uphold.  Not only is it more costly to maintain a gluten-free diet, it is confusing to identify the proper products.
Most people mistakenly think that gluten is just something you eat.  The truth is that gluten can be present in places you least expect, causing you potential health issues.  For someone with Celiac Disease or gluten intolerance, you can get ill no matter how you ingest gluten.  This means that you can get sick from inhaling, absorbing, or digesting glutens.
You need to be aware of everything in your world.  You need to be mindful if your food and healthcare products are gluten free, including soaps and make-up.  You also need to be aware of cross-contamination.  This means that it will be challenging to eat out or to share things in your own home with someone who's not on a gluten-free diet.
For example: don't share the same toaster or foods that you "dip" into, like butter.

Here are some of the stores that you can purchase gluten-free items.
Simply click on the logo and it will link you to the information that store offers regarding gluten-free diets and products.
